For the Cupcake

  • iii/four cup flour

  • 1 big egg
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1/two cup heavy whipping cream

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 6-inch round cake pan (or a 9×v-inch breadstuff pan) with parchment newspaper and spray with nonstick cooking spray.

  • Stir flour, blistering soda, baking powder, peanut butter, oil, applesauce, egg and honey. Cascade into pans. Bake 20-30 minutes, until browned and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely earlier frosting.

  • To make frosting: beat heavy whipping cream until strong peaks course.

  • Frost cake as desired. You can double the frosting recipe and torte the cake (cut the cake in half horizontally) to arrive a 2-layer cake.
